Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Submit no less 2 photos of the item or items you that did not meet your expectation and or have been damaged to service@darkhorsecoffeecompany.com
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. This will be verified by Dark Horse Coffee Company by name and date of last order placed.
Refunds
Once we receive photos DHCC will review and will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Or will replace item or items at no expense yo you.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
