All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@darkhorsecoffeecompany.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.


Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.


If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@darkhorsecoffeecompany.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.


Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 (excluding tax, discounts, and shipping). Plus, we have an extra perk for our local community: free shipping for our customers in the Plant City and Lakeland areas.


To qualify for local free shipping, your address must be within a 20-mile radius of Pipkin Road and County Line Road in Lakeland, Florida.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any Archives item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process. Archives items will be shipped separately from regular items

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. The exact amount is calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 ship FREE (not including discounts, taxes and shipping)
