Not only was the timeline from order to delivery crazy quick and the product unexpectedly soft but Jeremy was wonderful at get right back to me to help correct the delivery address. Bought one for me and one for my daughter, we support all Police, Military working dogs. I attend the NIght for K9's in Georga every year, I do not drink Coffee but my daughter and son do. They love it.

Great coffee and came quick

While I was washing my lid for my “Out of Bullets” tumbler the lid fell apart. I reached out to Darkhorse and was only expecting a replacement lid. When I received the email that I was getting a replacement tumbler w/lid I was to say the least shocked and amazed as this tumbler is a very good quality. This is what customer service is all about going above and beyond the customers expectations. I will be shopping more with DHCC. Great Experience and Awesome Customer Service. I also love the personalized note that came inside the box. It made me feel like a VIP.

I absolutely love everything about this kit. As all of their shirts, perfect fit every time. Coffee is delicious as always. The cup is top notch. The best thing about all of this is that it supports the sheriff’s department.
