The coffee is fantastic!! The taste is great and it’s very smooth - even the dark roast is not bitter at all. The customer service is the best I’ve ever seen. Every order gets a handwritten thank you note; and, all emails are answered promptly. Other online companies can learn a lot from Dark Horse - great product, excellent service, and donation of part of the proceeds to a worthy cause.
